Cancellations by Customers

If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as early as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled check-in or activity date: 100% refund

  • Cancellations made within 8 days of the scheduled date: 50% cancellation charge

  • No Show (failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice): No refund will be provided
